JAMMU, Oct 15: Two persons were critically injured in separate road accidents occurred today in city outskirts.
According to a police official, a speeding car hit a motorcycle and grievously injured its rider namely Jara Ram (18) son of Basant Ram, resident of Sheikhe Chak Talhar (RS Pura), at Kothey Salehar.
He said a pedestrian was also injured seriously at Bakshi Nagar when a speeding hit him. The injured man was identified as Sunil Mehta (49), resident of Subash Nagar (Jammu).
“Both the injured were shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu for medical treatment while the concerned police had taken cognizance of the matter in both the cases,” the official added.
