Two injured in road mishaps

JAMMU, Jan 2: Two persons were injured today in separate road mishaps in city outskirts.
According to a police official, a pedestrian identified as Nazir (45) son of Qasim Din, resident of Jagti, was hit and injured by a speeding car at Jagti. Similarly, a 65-year-old man namely Jaja son of Wali, resident of Udhampur, was injured after he was hit by a truck at Domail.
He said both the injured were shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu for treatment while the concerned police had taken cognizance in both the cases.
