JAMMU, Oct 5: The State Home Department here today promoted two Police Inspectors (Stenography) as Deputy Superintendents.
A Government order in this regard stated that sanction has been accorded to the placement of Police Inspectors (Stenography)-Ashok Kumar Raina and Mohammad Afzal Bhat as Deputy Superintendents of Police (Stenography) in their own pay and grade but with the benefit of charge allowance as admissible under rules for a period of six months or till the posts are filled up on regular basis on the recommendation of DPC or PSC.
