JAMMU, May 14: Government today posted Rubina Kousar as Mission Director, ICDS J&K against the available vacancy as she was awaiting adjustment orders from the General Administration Department (GAD).
Meanwhile, another officer, Dr. Bharat Bhushan, has been posted at Chief Executive Officer, Integrated Water-shed Management Programme relieving Mohd Rafi, Director Libraries J&K of the additional charge of the post.
