JAMMU, June 7: Two men, who were injured in separate fire accidents at their respective residences in Janipur Colony and Samba, and a lady who was seriously injured in a road mishap in Smah area of Akhnoor, today succumbed to their injuries in Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), Jammu.
According to a police spokesperson, Tilak Raj (45) son of late Ganga Parkash, a resident of Janipur Colony was seriously injured in a stove blast at his residence, yesterday and was undergoing treatment in GMCH Jammu, where he breathed his last today.
Similarly, a 24-year-old youth identified as Darshan Kumar (24) son of Karnail Chand of Shahblore in Samba district, who was also injured in a fire accident on May 25, succumbed to his injuries in GMCH.
A lady identified as Raj Devi (45) wife of Krishan Dass of Akhnoor who was also undergoing treatment here at GMCH after being injured in a road accident at Smah area of Akhnoor on June 3, expired today.
The bodies of deceased persons were shifted to mortuary room of the hospital for completing medico-legal formalities.
In all three cases, the concerned police have already taken cognizance.
