JAMMU, Jan 24: Two persons including an 18-year-old youth today made abortive bids on their lives by consuming some poisonous substance at their respective residences in city outskirts.
According to police sources, a man identified as Balwinder Kumar (30) son of Karam Chand, a resident of Phlian Mandal and Ulfit (18) son of Yousuf Shah, a resident of Janipur, allegedly consumed some poisonous substances at their respective residences following which they were shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), Jammu.
The condition both the persons were stated to be stable till the last reports came in. In both cases, the concerned police have taken cognizance of the matter.
