JAMMU, Aug 23: SSP Jammu Prabhat Singh today ordered transfer and posting of two Station House Officers (SHO) in the district.
Inspector Pervez Sajjad, SHO Nagrota, has been transferred and posted as SHO Jhajjar Kotli police station against a vacancy.
The post of SHO Jhajjar Kotli was lying vacant for past about a month after Inspector Yashvir Singh Slathia was reverted to the Armed Police.
Inspector Om Prakash Chib, who had only a day before been shifted to Jammu district from Kathua, has been posted as SHO Nagrota police station in place of Inspector Pervez Sajjad. Inspector Chib was earlier posted as SHO Basohli in Kathua district.
