JAMMU, July 16: Two notorious criminals were booked under Public Safety Act (PSA).
As per police sources, on specific information a team from Police Station RS Pura led by SHO Inspector Rajesh Sharma under the supervision of SDPO RS Pura Surinder Singh conducted raid and apprehended two notorious criminals namely Abhineet Singh alias Nagi alias Abhi, son of Vikram Singh of Sunderpur RS Pura and Davinder Kumar alias Rahul, son of Darshan Lal of Chak Mohd Yar RS Pura.
It is pertinent to mention that both the accused were notorious criminals of desperate character and were involved in many heinous criminal cases like attempt to murder, snatching, etc. Many FIRs were also stands lodged against them in this regard. Thus, warrants of arrest under Public Safety Act were issued against both accused.
Finally, warrants have been executed and both the accused were lodged in Central Jail at Kot Bhalwal in District Jammu.
