JAMMU, Mar 7: The Government today re-designated the post of Additional Resident Commissioner, J&K Government, New Delhi as Deputy Resident Commissioner and ex-officio Secretary, Resident Commission.
Upon this, the Government has ordered transfer of Asif Hameed Khan, Additional Resident Commissioner, New Delhi and posted him as Managing Director, J&K Agro Industries Development Corporation limited in place of Abdul Majid Bhat, who will report to his parent department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs for further posting.
Syed Muried Hussain Shah, Chief Executive Officer/ Secretary, J&K Building and Other Constructions Workers Welfare Board, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Resident Commissioner and ex-officio Secretary Resident Commission, New Delhi.
The Government further ordered that Vipra Bhal, an IAS officer of 2006 batch, presently posted as Labour Commissioner, will also hold the charge of the post of CEO/Secretary, J&K Building and other Constructions Workers Welfare Board in addition to her own duties till further orders.
