JAMMU, Nov 13: Two persons were reported missing from Janipur locality last night.
A police official said that one Sunita Sharma wife of Ram Sharma of Gujjar Mohalla, Janipur, Jammu, lodged a written complaint at Police Station Janipur on Tuesday night, stating therein that her son Vishal Sharma (18) was missing from their residence for the last 15 days.
On this, police have lodged a missing report vide DDR number 25 dated November 12, 2024 and started further investigation into the matter, he said.
The police official further said that another woman, Raj Rani, wife of Kashmira Lal of Janki Vihar, Old Janipur, Jammu, lodged a written complaint at Police Station Janipur on Tuesday night, stating therein that her son Deepak Mehra (27), was missing from their residence since October 7, 2024.
In this regard, a missing report vide DDR number 11 dated November, 2024 has also been lodged at Police Station Janipur and further investigation started.
