JAMMU, Nov 3: Two pilgrims died due to cardiac arrest at different locations enroute Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine in Katra.
As per police sources, two persons namely Fuman Singh, son of Trilok Singh of Haryana suffered heart attack near Alok Point near Adhkuwari, while as Vijay Kumar, son of Tirath Dass Kathuria of New Delhi suffered heart attack at Gouri Bhawan enroute Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine.
They were rushed to nearby hospitals, where doctors pronounced them as brought dead.
The bodies have been handed over to family members after completing legal formalities.
Police has taken cognizance in this regard.
