Two residential houses damaged in fire

Srinagar, Sept 10: Police today said two residential houses were damaged in two separate fire incidents in Valley.
A police spokesman said that fire broke out in the residential house of Ghulam Mohi-ud-Din Sheikh – resident of Takya Panzala in Sopore area of Baramulla district – resulting in the damage to the house. Fire was brought under control with the help of fire tenders, he said.
The spokesman said that fire broke out in the residential house of Abdul Aziz Joo – a resident of Old Nishat in summer capital here – resulting in damage to the house. Fire was brought under control by fire tenders, he said.  “However, no loss of life or injury was reported in these incidents,” the spokesman added.
