KISHTWAR, May 19: Both the absconding teachers accused of sexually assaulting a girl student have been arrested by police today.
These Government teachers were booked for allegedly sexually assaulting a minor student of 11th class in Kushal Govt Hr Sec School during class 11th examination on Sunday last following which DC Kishtwar had placed them under suspension.
Since then they were avoiding their arrest, today cops nabbed both of them and put them behind the bars.
An FIR with number 32/2023 U/S 354 IPC and 8/9 POSCO stands registered in this regard at Police Station Chatroo.
