RAMBAN, Apr 12: Ramsoo Police arrested two truckers along with poppy straw.
As per police sources, on reliable information, a team from Police Station Ramsoo laid a naka and intercepted two trucks bearing registration numbers PB06N-9747 and PB10CJ-1913.
During checking, police team recovered 5 kilograms of poppy straw from the vehicles and arrested two drivers, who were identified as Sarvan Singh, son of Chandan Singh and Balbeer Singh, son of Inder Singh, both residents of Punjab.
Cases under FIR Numbers 30/2021 and 31/2021 under relevant Sections have been registered at Police Station Ramsoo and investigation started.
