JAMMU, May 26: Two wagons of a goods train derailed at Sangar area in Jammu district today.
A GRP official told the Excelsior, “Around 12 noon, two coaches of a goods train, on its way to Udhampur from Jammu, derailed near Sangar area.”
“There was no major disruption in the rail traffic,” he said.

According to the GRP official, a crane rushed from Katra Railway Station restored the affected track after hectic efforts.
Meanwhile, an enquiry has been initiated by the Railway authorities to ascertain the cause of the derailment.
