Udhampur brave hearts who nabbed LeT terrorist honored by AIATF

UDHAMPUR, Aug 14: Two brave hearts from Udhampur, who captured a Pakistani terrorist on Thursday, were felicitated with ‘Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Bravery Award’ by All India Anti-Terrorist Front (AIATF) chairman M.S. Bitta and Bollywood actor Sunil Shetty.
The duo, who flew down to Mumbai especially to receive the award, were given rupees one  lakh each by M.S. Bitta and Sunil Shetty, in a fuction organized at Mumbai .
All India Anti-Terrorist Front (AIATF)  Jammu and Kashmir unit  president  Bharat Bhandari  said that  he  accompanied  duo  up to  Mumbai  where  both  were honored by   AIATF  Chairman. He added that to encourage all such youth who are actively participating in anti militancy campaigns in the area and for the encouragement of duo brave heart of Chirdi village, Bitta has planned to visit their native village and meet the villagers, besides asking the Jammu and Kashmir Government to make efforts for their uplift shortly in next week.
He added that during AIATF interaction of  brave youths with  film director Kabir Khan  at Mumbai, the latter has  shown his willingness to shoot film on Narsu incident shortly  and film star Sunil Shetty has said that “If a movie is made on this incident, I would like to portray the roles of either Rakesh Sharma or Vikramjit,”, adding that the duo’s heroic act was much bigger than what he had played in the movie ‘Border’.
It is pretent to mention here that Jammu and Kashmir Police has already issued appointment orders in favour of Rakesh Kumar Sharma, on operational grounds as constables in the Jammu and Kashmir Police and has also recommended the Government for accord the relaxation in qualification bar in favour of Bikramjeet. State government has also recommended the names of duo brave hearts to the Centre for Shaurya Chakra gallantry award.
State president Jammu and Kashmir Panthers party  has also  honored both youths with Panthers Bravery Award and presented a cash reward of  rupees 21000 to each youth for displaying explicit courage and bravery.
