JAMMU, Sept 19: Jammu Traffic Court slapped a fine of Rs 25,000 to an underage scooty rider, official spokesperson here said.
He further said that with penalties for violation of traffic rules becoming more stringent, an underage driver of a scooty was fine Rs 25,000.
”Irresponsible driving is a threat to not only your own life, but to those around you as well,” he added.
