Unhealthy life styles

Sir,
Due to hectic activity and fast moving life, the children and youngsters have become addicted to fast foods and junk foods leading to unhealthy life styles. Maximum use of bikes, four wheelers has been the root cause of obesity, threatening heart diseases and diabetes.
Doctors warn that junk foods are the main cause of deadly diseases like cancer. They warn youngester to adopt healthy life styles such as morning and evening walks, giving up of fast foods, smoking, drinking and avoiding spicy foods.
Yoga and daily exercises can remove much stress and strain that is sappping the  vitality of youth which is the prescious treasure of future prosperity. No  doubt they are depressed due to growing unemployment, but courage, counselling and taking up business of their choice or working in corporate sector according to their talent and skill development can lift their fall of gloom to a large extent.
Finally, the development of positive attitude towards  life can remove their depression to a large extent. Healthy life styles, like change in their dietary habits, enough intake of juice, consumption of less oil and spices can go a long way in maintaining sound  mind that lies in sound body, in facing the challenges modern corporate life.
