SAMBA, Dec 25: An unidentified dead body of a male person was found at Basantar bridge at Samba here, today.
According to the police, today morning at around 10am some people saw a male dead body lying under the Basantar bridge under the jurisdiction of Police Station Samba. They immediately informed the police and after get the information SHO, Samba Police Station, Chanchal Singh along with his team reached the spot and took the dead body into their custody and then kept it in the mortuary room of district hospital Samba for identification.
The police has taken cognizance the matter and started investigation.
