Srinagar, Mar 11: Police today said an unidentified person who was reportedly injured in a road accident succumbed to his injuries.
A police spokesman said on February 23, an unidentified person was brought to JVC Hospital in Bemina as a case of road accident. “He was later referred to Soura hospital for further treatment where he succumbed to his injuries. The body of deceased is lying in the mortuary of SKIMS for identification,” he said.
The spokesman said police have registered a case under FIR number 57/16 under Section 279, 337 and 304-A RPC in this regard. “Anybody having any information regarding the deceased may contact on 9596477730, 9796770561, 9596770558 or dial 100,” he added.
