Union Minister visits Jagti township

UDHAMPUR, Oct 7: BJP Kashmir Displaced District delegation led by district president,  Chand Ji Bhat called on Union Minister for  Animal Husbandry, Fisheries and Dairying here today. The delegation comprising of H. K. Razdan general secretary, Hira lal Bhat, Mandal president, Phoola Ji vice president and Kumar Ji media incharge.
A memorandum was presented to Minister by Chand Ji and he appraised him about the various  problems faced by the Kashmir displaced people.
He said that SEHAT Ayushman Bharat Scheme and other  Central  sponsored welfare schemes have not been extended to the Kashmiri migrants, which needs immediate attention of the Government.
The another issue raised by the delegation was regarding upgradation of the Sub District Hospital at Jagti Township. He further urged that PM package employee’s may be treated at par with other employees of the UT of J&K for promotion and other benefits.
On the request of president Kashmir Displaced District, Minister also visited Kashmiri migrant township Jagti and had interaction with inmates of Jagti township. Minister listened their demands and assured the people present that all their genuine demands will be considered.
Ajay Bharti ex.MLC and Chand Ji Bhat also spoke on the occasion and supported the demands put by the inmates of Jagti. Minister also visited the Sub District Hospital Jagti and took stock of the position and had interaction with doctors and medical staff. Minister also had interaction with some patients also.
A.K Pandita, Relief Commissioner,  Pawan Khajuria, vice president state BJP, Roop Krishen Koul, Mandal president, Chaman Lal Pandita, Vimal Raina, Rajeev Pandita,Sanjay Bhat,  Dolly Raina, Puja Bhat, Anjali Raina, A.K Dhar, booth  presidents  and Mahila Morcha Karayakartas were present.
