JAMMU, Sept 14: An unknown man appears to be a beggar was found dead today in Jewel area of city.
“Some passers by this morning spotted the dead body of an unknown man of age about 55-60 years in the park beneath Bus Stand flyover, close to St Peter School and informed the police,” a police official said.
He said that a police team reached the spot and shifted the body to mortuary room of Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu for identification/postmortem while inquest proceeding under 174 CrPC was initiated in this connection at police station Nowabad.
