SRINAGAR, May 5: Police today said a mentally retarded boy was brought by some locals to Police Post Bana Mohalla in Babademb area here.
“The boy is mentally retarded and is not able to reveal his whereabouts. If anybody having any information regarding the boy may please inform Mobile no. 9906482201 or Police Control Room Srinagar on Dial 100,” police spokesman said.
