JAMMU, May 30: An unidentified female dead body was found this evening near post office of Railway Station Jammu.
The original cause of death of said lady who is about 55 years of age could not be ascertained yet, police said adding inquest proceeding has been started by GRP Jammu to ascertain the cause of death and to find out the identity of the deceased lady. The body has been shifted to mortuary room of Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), Jammu for identification.

An unknown male body is also lying in the mortuary room of GMCH Jammu since May 23. According to a police spokesperson, the deceased is having weatish complexion, 5 feet and 6 inches height and is about 55 years old. “He appears to be a beggar as he used to wander in and around the premises of GMCH”, he said, adding his body is lying in mortuary room of the hospital for identification.
