JAMMU, Mar 27: Minister for Roads and Buildings today informed the Legislative Assembly that upgradation of Domel-Katra road would be completed in next fiscal.
Replying to the question of BJP MLA from Reasi, Ajay Nanda, the Minister said that Domel-Katra section involving a length of 14.97 kilometers has been taken over by the R&B Department from BRO for its upkeep and maintenance.
“The tenders for its improvement and upgradation were floated in two parts for which work is in full swing and will be completed in the next fiscal”, the Minister said, adding the remaining road stretch from Katra to Pouni will be taken over by PWD shortly.
