Upgraded facilities inaugurated in Gandhi Nagar Hospital

JAMMU, Aug 27: Director Health Services (DHS), Jammu, Dr Gurjit Singh, today inaugurated many upgraded facilities in the premises of Government Hospital, Gandhi Nagar.
The facilities that were inaugurated include a skill lab, new dental chair in District Early Intervention Centre (DEIC), new ultrasound machine with colour Doppler and A-Scan & Keratometer in Eye Section.
The DHS was accompanied by Dr Chander Parkash, Deputy Director (HQ), Dr Girish Chander, Deputy Director (Dentistry), Dr JP Singh (Epidemiologist) and other officers.
While speaking on the occasion, Dr Gurjit Singh said that with these new upgraded facilities, the patients and general public at large will be benefitted.
A large number of officers of the Hospital including Dr Perupkar Singh (Incharge, Deputy Medical Superinte-ndent), Dr Vinay Chib (Medical Officer In-charge Stores), Vikram Singh (incharge Principal, ANMT School and CL Koul (Section Officer) were also present.
