JAMMU, Dec 1: Government has announced winter vacations in the Government as well as private recognized institutions of Kashmir division including winter zones of Jammu division.
According to the order issued by Special Secretary, School Education Department, schools up to middle standard will observe winter break from December 3, 2012 up to February 28, 2013. The High and Higher Secondary Schools will observe winter break from December 15, 2012 to February 28, 2013.
Any default on this account will be viewed seriously, the order said.
