JAMMU, Nov 15: A joint delegation of Jammu and Kashmir Agriculture Technocrats Association (JKATA) and Employees Joint Action Committee (EJAC) today called on Ghulam Nabi Lone Hanjura, Minister for Agriculture, J&K Government and submitted him a memorandum regarding demands of issues of the employees.
The delegation, led by Dr Surinder Radotra, highlighted the burning issues of all VAEA /AEA, which included inclusion of Services by VAEAs/AEAs w .e. f 2007 with all benefits of old pension scheme, amendment of SRO 442, clubbing the grade of JAEOs and VAEAs /AEAs, allowing the grade pay of 4280 to 2642 VAEAs/AEAs, etc.
The minister keenly heard the demands raised by the delegation and assured them removal of anomalies of VAEAs at par JAEOs as well as inclusion of service years w e f Ist April 2007 with all benefits of old pension scheme, claimed a handout by JKATA.
The delegation comprised of Lalit Khajuria, Lovely, Vinod Sharma , Harmeet Singh , Gurmeet Singh, Raj Bamral , Vivek Sharma, Jatinder Sharma , Ravi Abrol , Amit Jojra , Vishal Sharma, Amit Balotra and others.
