JAMMU, Feb 15: Former Minister and senior PCC leader Abdul Gani Vakil today met AICC vice president Rahul Gandhi in New Delhi and apprised him of the prevailing political situation in the State.
During the meeting Mr Vakil apprised the party vice president in detail on the organizational matters and party performance in recently held Assembly elections. He also put forth before Congress vice president some of the suggestions for strengthening Congress Party in the J&K State. Mrs Gandhi endorsed his vital suggestions for rejuvenating the party.
