When our constitution was written, no body had thought about to-day’s politicians and politics. What type of democracy are we talking about in which a single largest party wins 104 seats, but the other party with 38 MLAs forms the Government with its Chief Minister. Its ‘Sahyogi’ party has 78 seats. Shame on us also because we are accepting it in future.
Independent and small one family parties will come together and will show majority and form the Government by ignoring the single largest party. Is this not the murder of democracy ? If we talk about Goa, Manipur and Tripura their difference was not as much. Change is rule of life. The constitution is not a religious took that cannot be changed. It has been proven that democracy is the rotten type of Govt where parties who have nothing in common come together for their selfish interest and get to rule.
