Various Govt institutions found closed, suspension of teachers ordered

RAJOURI, Apr 11: In a crackdown over Government employees, who are not performing their duties dedicatedly, mass level surprise inspections were conducted by different teams during which large number of Government schools were found closed after which many teachers have been placed under suspension.
A team led by Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Deepti Uppal paid surprise visit to Government High School Androoth and suspend all the employees who were found absent.
During her visit to PHC Androoth, DC found some registers incomplete and directed CMO Rajouri to take action against the staff. Besides this, CEO Rajouri has been directed by DC to inquire into the non-preparation of mid-day meals at two schools of the area.
A team of district administration led by ADDC Vir ji Hangloo paid surprise visits to several Government Offices of Thanamandi Sub Division Headquarters and found four employees of Municipal Committee Thanamandi absent after which explanation notices have been served to them. Government Middle School Kote Kandian was found locked at about 2 pm and inquiry and action against the staff has been ordered.
Meanwhile, another team led by BMO Darhal, Dr Iqbal Malik visited different medical institutions of the area and found two employees unauthorizedly absent after which both have been placed under suspension and attached with CMO Office Rajouri. They have been identified as Senior Pharmacist Mohammad Younis Malik and FNO Sakina Begum posted in new type PHC in Dodaj.
Chief Education Officer Rajouri, Abdul Hamid Fani along with team members comprising of Principal GHSS Behrote Bishamber Dass, Principal GHSS Saaj Tanveer Ahmed Mir, Incharge ZEO Dewan Chand, Headmaster GHS Doongi Mohammad Qasim and Headmaster GHS Potha Nazar Ahmed paid surprise visit to various schools of Zone Moghla and Khawas.
At Government Higher Secondary School Moghla, Class IV employee Kamal Kumar and Library Assistant Youdhvir Singh have been placed under suspension. Disengagement notices were also served to two academic arrangement lecturers namely Vanita and Sat Paul.
At Government Middle School Khersoo, official namely Rohit Dutta was placed under suspension.
At Government High School Treru, PET namely Shamsher Singh has been placed under suspension, whereas at Government High School Delhari, CEO Rajouri directed the Headmaster of the school to charge sheet the PET namely Balbir Singh and furnish the reply of charge sheet alongwith personal comments with in 5 days, so that the matter could be taken up with DYSSO Rajouri for disciplinary proceedings under rules.
At Government Primary School Beeni Gundha, a teacher namely Usha Rani has been placed under suspension.
The team also found Government Middle School Panjnara closed after which all the teachers were suspended.
Similarly Government Primary School Upper Reyoti was also found closed. Two teachers namely Ranu Devi and Sapna Bala were served with disengagement notices.
At Government Primary School Judda, ZEO Khawas has been directed to seek explanation from teacher Jagdev Singh and also verify and furnish the factual position of medical leave availed by Santosh Kumari.
During inspection in Government Middle School Lathi, a teacher namely Promilla Devi was placed under suspension and explanation has been sought from teachers namely Guddi Devi, Rekha Devi and Subash Chander.
Government Middle School Kundal was found closed and explanation has been sought from teachers namely Nisar Hussain, Maqbool Hussain and Rita Rani.
Similarly, Government Primary School Dharrian was also found closed after which whole of the staff was placed under suspension and concerned ZEO Khwas has been directed to charge sheet all of them.
