JAMMU, Sept 20: Varshik Hawan of Mata Bhuvaneshori was solemnized at Kheer Bhawani , shrine Janipur by Mata Bhuvaneshori Asthapan Committee.
As per a handout issued by the Committee, the birthday of Mata could not be celebrated at Chandopora Harwan in Srinagar Kashmir this time. However, few devotees performed Pooja at Chandpora , Harwan temple of Mata.
The Varshik Hawan started with Kalash Pooja and culminated with Puranahuti which was followed by Prashad Vitran. During the hawan prayers for betterment of the universe and protection of mankind from dreaded COVID were held.
The residents of Chandpora, Dharbagh and Dhanihama sought the blessings of Mata Bhuvaneshori.
