JAMMU, Sept 3: Dr Varun Suthra, Director International Affairs, KIIT-KISS University and eminent scholar of Jammu & Kashmir, has been invited by the Parliament of Ukraine as part of the official foreign delegation to participate in the 30th anniversary of Independence celebration of Ukraine.
A letter issued in this regard read that Dr Suthra has been invited as the State Guest to attend the key events including National Prayer Breakfast of Ukraine, the 30th anniversary of Ukraine’s Independence celebration in the Parliament of Ukraine and official meetings with the Members of Parliament of Ukraine.
The event shall bring together eminent leaders of Europe, Members of Parliament, diplomats and nearly 1000 participants from Ukraine and 15 countries of the world. Events and meetings shall take place in Kyiv, national capital of Ukraine.
Dr Suthra is Secretary India, for international civil organisation – Democracy Without Borders. He also holds the position of Advisor India for Swiss-Indian Parliamentary Group, a conglomerate of 45 Members of Parliament of Switzerland.
