JAMMU, June 3: The Mohalla Committee of Vaski Vihar Gurha, Barnai Road, Bantalab has expressed concern over deteriorated condition of by-lanes and urged the authorities to take immediate steps for black topping of Lane Number 2 to 5.
The president of the Committee, M L Koul Mohalla Committee of Vaski Vihar Gurha alleged that the repeated requests to the Chief Minister, PWD(R&B) Jammu has not yielded any results. He said that the PWD(R&B) Department has time and again dodged and has given irrelevant reasons.
The president has again requested the Chief Engineer PWD( R&B) to look into the matter and direct its lower formations for immediate black topping of the by-lanes which hardly measure 300 meters in length before commencement of Monsoon season, 2014.
