JAMMU, Aug 11: Vedic Brahman Kalyan Parishad (VBKP), J&K, today constituted its Akhnoor unit in a meeting of the JKUT level office bearers held today.
The meeting was held under the leadership of JKUT president, Surinder Sharma (adv) while National convener, Pt Daya Ram Sharma presided over the meeting. Various issues related to National convention at Haridwar in December-2024, JKUT convention in April, registration of the local unit and community welfare, were discussed at length.
During the meeting, Ravinder Sharma was unanimously elected/appointed as president, Kewal Sharma as Chairman, Ramesh Sharma- convener, Bhushan Kumar as senior vice president, Deepak Sharma-vice president, Kishore Kumar Sharma as general secretary, Parveen Sharma-secretary, Shakti Sharma- joint secretary, Rajinder Sharma (Nanna) as organizing secretary while Gaurav Sharma as treasurer of the VBKP, Akhnoor unit.
Several office bearers including, Prem Sharma, Baldev Sharma, Ramesh Kashyap, Vijay Sharma, OP Sharma, Sanjay Sharma, Gopal Sharma, Sunil Sharma (adv), Naresh Kumar, C.L. Sharma and others were present.
