JAMMU, Jan 15: Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra reached Panchayat Sureychak of block Mandal Phallian in Marh Assembly constituency near here, today in which Member of Parliament, Lok Sabha from Jammu-Poonch constituency, Jugal Kishore Sharma was the chief guest.
Modi Ki Guarantee Wali Gadi was welcomed in the Panchayat by MP and members of the Swagat Committee and PRI members of Panchayat Sureychak. The message of the Prime Minister, Narendra Modi was displayed on the Led Screen in the van in the Panchayat followed by the Sankalp pledge taken by the people to make India a developed nation by 2047.
The event was also attended by the Ex-MLC Vikram Randhawa and Rahul Sharma Member Special Tribunal. Representatives of all the line departments were also present at the venue.
Jugal Kishore Sharma while addressing the gathering laid down the vision of the Government of India to make India a developed nation. He said that Prime Minister is working hard for betterment of the nation and decided to start “Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra” to reach every man standing last in the queue to provide benefits of Centrally sponsored schemes. He said that Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra is underway across the district Jammu and other districts from the month of November to cover all the Panchayats and MCs of ULBs to register all the eligible people who are left out without taking the benefits of welfare schemes.
Vikram Randhawa ex-MLC said that Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra will prove as a major move for the betterment of the poor class who left without taking the benefit of Modi Welfare Schemes. He said that stalls are displayed in every camp to aware people about the benefit of the schemes. He appealed public to attend VBSY and also to bring others so that no one should left without registration to take benefit of the schemes.
BDO Mandal Phallian, Kirandeep Kour, Mandal president, Vijay Sharma, senior BJP leaders, Anil Singh, Bunty Kumar, Akhil Sharma, ex-Sarpanches and Panches, officials of various departments were present at the occasion.
