JAMMU, Jan 13: Vice Chairman, Jammu Development Authority (JDA), P S Rathore laid the foundation stone of JDA Park at 1-C, East Extension, Trikuta Nagar, here today.
Speaking on the occasion, Rathore asked the officers to ensure that the park is constructed in a time-bound manner.
While terming the JDA Park as a gift for the residents especially for the senior citizens and children, the office bearers of the Welfare Association hoped that the work on the park will be completed timely.
Prominent among others present at the foundation stone laying ceremony were president, Welfare Association, IGP (Rtd) AQ Manhas; Arvinder Kumar (vice president- Welfare Association), Prof KL Bhatia (Advocate), Sampooran Singh (secretary), S A Rauf, Fire Services Officer (Rtd) and Khalil-ul-Rehman, SP (Rtd).
