JAMMU, July 1: Dr. K.S Risam, Vice Chancellor, Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences & Technology (SKUAST) Jammu today flagged off an electric-bus service from University Main Campus, Chatha.
The bus service will connect Jammu city with Chatha Campus of SKUAST-J on daily basis and will benefit the students, staff and residents of nearby villages including Bhour Camp, Chatha Farm, Chatha Pind etc. On this occasion the Vice Chancellor while addressing the staff and students thanked the management of J&K State Road Transport Corporation for starting electric-bus service.
Dr. J.P Sharma, Director Research; Dr. Deepak Kher, Director (P&M); Rajesh Talwar, Registrar & Comptroller; Dr. M.M.S Zama, Dean, Faculty Vety Sciences & Animal Husbandry, students, locals and others were also present on this occasion.
