‘Ved Vani Updesh’ released

Former Minister Manjit Singh and others releasing CD of “Ved Vani Updesh” on Sunday.

A large number of people offered  “Ahuti” amidst loud chanting of vedic Mantras at a yagya performed by Swami Ram Swarup ji at Geeta Bhavan, Bakshinagar.
The Bhajan C.D. viz; “Ved Vani Updesh”  which has been produced by the leading music company  Red-Ribbon Mumbai   was also released  on the occasion by former Minister and senior Congress leader Manjit Singh, who was accompanied by L.D. Shastri and S.L. Pandotra vice president Jammu Yatri Bhavan.
The bhajan C.D. contains 7 bhajans  sung by Swamji with leading female singers of Bollywood viz Anuradha Paudwal, Shobha Joshi and Purnima Modak. Most of these bhajans have been composed by Swamiji himself. This bhajan C.D. is  his yet another contribution for spreading of Vedas, which is the paragon of ancient Indian culture,  through  music   which Swamiji has dedicated to the society.
Swamiji in  his sermon  stressed upon the devotees to come out from the quagmire of materialism and devote their time towards spiritual pursuits also. Swamiji emphasized that in today’s world Vedic knowledge has even become more relevant when there has been degradation of human values, morals, ethics and spirituality.
Manjit Singh in his address stressed upon inculcation of Vedic teachings among people and particularly  children for better society and better India. He  lauded the efforts of Swamiji  for  his endeavour and single minded  pursuit in spreading the Vedic knowledge.
