JAMMU, July 17: Bus Stand Police arrested a vehicle lifter and recovered three stolen two wheelers from his possession.
As per police sources, while investigation a case registered under FIR Number 30/2022 under section 379 IPC, a team from Police Station Bus Stand led by SHO Inspector Vishal Shoor under the supervision of SDPO City Sharad Kalu and SP City Kulbir Handa arrested a vehicle lifter, who confessed his involvement in the case.
The arrested vehicle lifter was identified as Abbas Khan, son of Bashir Khan, a resident of Jakhani District Udhampur.
On his disclosure, three stolen two wheelers were recovered.
Further investigation of the accused is going on to ascertain his involvement in the other theft cases.
