REASI, May 28: The police seized a vehicle loaded with bovine animals and rescued 11 cattle from the clutches of smugglers.
Official sources said that today in the early morning hours, a police party of Police Station Nowshera while on patrolling in Rajal area intercepted a Mahindra vehicle No. JK 11E /0598 being driven by Radhay Sham, son of Inder Jeet, resident of of Chowki Narian. The vehicle found loaded with 11 bovine animals.
The driver of vehicle along with vehicle and animals was taken into custody by police for further course of legal action while two smugglers/ co-accused fled away from spot. The police was looking for them.
