Venugopalan made Adjunct Professor in SMVDU

KATRA, Dec 13: Venugo-palan C M, Vice President of the global manufacturing giant `Bosch’ , has accepted the offer of associating himself as an Adjunct Professor in the School of Mechanical Engineering, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU), Katra.
He visited all the schools and labs of the SMVDU and oversaw other facilities of the university besides delivering an expert lecture to the Engineering students.
Venugopalan, who has a special role in planning strategic management and leadership transformation in Bosch, called on the students to focus on becoming able managers and motivated them to work beyond their classroom learning, while acquiring positive attitude and skills on latest areas in their specialization. He also interacted with Registrar Dr V K Bhat, Placement Officer B K Bhatia and faculty members.
Vice-Chancellor of SMVDU. Prof Sanjeev Jain hoped that the association of Venugopalan would be highly beneficial for the University.
