JAMMU, May 18: Veteran and senior painter artists of Jammu would be a part of Invitees’ Section of an All India Art Exhibition being organized by Jammu & Kashmir Centre for Creative Arts (JKCCA), Jammu at the galleries of Indian Academy of Fine Arts, Amritsar from 22nd to 25th May, 2016.
N D Jamwal, a well known painter, writer, poet, novelist and former Secretary, J&K Academy, T S Batra, renowned painter & former Principal, Institute of Music & Fine art (IMFA), Jammu and Jang S. Verman, a well known multi- media artist & columnist on art & culture have been invited for participation in this section. Other three artists who have been included in this section are V S Rahi, New Delhi, Dr. P S Grover, Amritsar (Punjab) and Prabhinder Lall, Chandigarh.
The exhibition will be inaugurated on May 22, 2016 by S. Rajinder Mohan Singh Chhina, President Indian Academy of Fine Arts, Amritsar and Dr. P S Grover, general secretary, IAFA will be the guest of Honour on this occasion.
