AYODHYA, Feb 28: In order to pay his obeisance at Shri Ram Temple, VHP International president Alok Kumar, along with his entire team visited the langar organised by Shree Amarnathji Yatra Welfare Society (SAYWS) Shabri Rasoi at Ayodhya today.
Interacting with organisers, Alok Kumar appreciated the efforts of Jammu Team, especially SAYWS president Kiran Wattal, Vice-president Prem Sharma, general secretary Anil Gupta and patron Rajesh Gupta who is VHP’s working president for J&K and Ladakh.
“The langar service being offered is a matter of pride and example of spirit of sewa among Ram Bhakts of Jammu,” he said.
It is the only langar society from the J&K UT which has been given the pious opportunity of serving Shri Ram Bhakts in the holy city of Ayodhya and has been organised under the guidance of VHP, J&K, near Saryu bank at Lata Mangeshkar Chowk since January 25.
“SAYWS sister organisations – Mata Kheer Bhawani Welfare Society, Tourism Federation Jammu, Vishwa Kashmiri Samaj and Global Solace, are equally contributing for the success of SAYWS activities,” said Kiran Wattal.
Among other who took the prasad at the langar site, included Surinder Jain, Dewan Singh, Shobha Aggarwal, Chhaya Ninjappa, Rajesh Kumar Chhibber, Lekh Raj, Premanand Shetty, Kapil Khanna, Rajiv Mahana, Rajinder, Prem Shankar, Satish Kotwal, Sneh Lata Panwar, Bina Mata and Malti Didi.
