VHP Margdarshak mandal meet in Haridwar today

AYODHYA, June 10: Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) will tomorrow hold the meeting of ‘Kendriya Margdarshak Mandal’ in Haridwar for construction of a Ram temple at the  disputed site in this Uttar Pradesh city.

VHP state unit media in charge Sharad Sharma here said that as many as 300 saints, including Jagatguru Shankaracharya, Shri Ramjanmabhoomi Nyas member and other spiritual leaders, would take part in the two-day meeting that would commence in Haridwar tomorrow.

In the meeting, decision relating to Ram temple construction at Ayodhya would be taken.

Meanwhile, senior member of Shri Ramjanmabhoomi Nyas and former MP Ram Vilas Vedanti has welcomed the new role assigned to senior BJP leader and Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi. The step would strengthen the Hindu ideology, he added.
