JAMMU, Dec 6: VHP has reiterated its demand of declaring Pakistan as terrorist State in view of its continued support to terrorist activities and involvement in Fidayeen attacks in India.
In a joint statement here, today VHP patron, Dr Rama Kant Dubey and its president Leela Karan Sharma have strongly condemned the Fidayeen attacks of yesterday in which eight army men and 3 cops attained martyrdom.
They said that Pakistan has not given up its hate campaign against India started at the time of partition in 1947 and India should pay it in the same coin.
They said instead of taking a tough stand against Pakistan India has given it the status of most favoured nation when Pakistan always back stabbed India right from 1947. The VHP leaders said it is unfortunate that the political parties instead of strongly condemning this heinous crime against humanity are busy in vote politics and campaigning while the blood of jawans being shed.
They said the entire nation as well as opposition should fully back the Government and nation should frame a concrete policy to weed out terrorism and teach Pakistan a lesson once for all.
The VHP leaders also took serious exception to surfacing of anti India posters by some dreaded militant outfits in Valley. They also criticized  some TV channels which are putting the Indian defense in a poor state. Such steps are boosting the enemy and demoralizing the armed forces.
Leela Karan Sharma said the recent speech of Hafiz Sayeed and statement of former Pak president General Pervez Musharaf indicate Pakistan’s direct involvement in Fidayeen attacks.
