Vibodh asks people to take benefit of developmental schemes

RAJOURI, Apr 9:  As a part of party’s Foundation Day celebration across the State,  BJP Sangpur Unit in Rajouri district celebrated the Foundation Day today.
Addressing a gatherings at different places BJP MLC Vibodh Gupta stressed on various schemes launched by the Centre and State government for the welfare of the people and asked them to get benefits of these schemes. These schemes are for people, he added.
Gupta gave details of the various schemes launched by Central Government for rural people. He spoke at length about the Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojna,the Scheme  aims to skill rural youth who are poor and provide them with jobs having regular monthly wages or above the minimum wages. These scheme will benefit more than 55 million poor rural youth who are ready to be skilled by providing sustainable employment, he added.
Gupta said this scheme derives importance from its potential to reduce poverty. It is also designed to be a major contributor to the Prime Minister’s “Make in India” campaign. He further said that Government launched various schemes Pradhan Mantri Gramin Awas Yojana, Integrated Rural Development Program, Lucky Grahak Yojana etc. He asked people to become ear and eye of Government in developmental activities and take part actively as these schemes are for  people, he added and also asked workers to make people aware about various Central and State sponsored schemes.
Gupta emphasized for making optimum use of services of banks, JKEDI and other agencies for availing the benefits of various Central and State sponsored schemes by the locals.
He further said that Narendra  Modi recently inaugurated Chenani-Nashri Tunnel the India’s longest tunnel and five more tunnels that would be built  are Pir-Ki-Gali Tunnel on National Highway-244, Vailoo Tunnel at Sinthan Pass, Daranga Tunnel at Shudh Mahadev, Zojila tunnel at Zojila Pass and Z-Morah tunnel and these infrastructure developmental activities will boost tourism in the State. He also said, multiple potential tourist destinations have been identified in the State and simultaneous work is underway on various fronts to bring Jammu and Kashmir as a prime tourism destination besides extending the existing religious tourism circuit in the region. Developmental activities would inspire misled Kashmiri youth to give up terrorism, he added.
Gupta, while interacting with the locals, assured them that the Government is well aware with their problems and demands and is working hard to ensure better facility with improved basic services. While appreciating various ground level developmental schemes of the Government he said that the preset Government in the State as well as in the Centre have taken various revolutionary steps and have made schemes which can provide direct benefit to the poor and marginalized. These schemes are the result of the futuristic vision of   Prime Minister Narendra Modi as well as our Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti, he added..
