RAJOURI, June 12: BJP senior leader and MLC, Vibodh Gupta today inaugurated the Edufair 2018 at an impressive function held here.
This fair has been organized by the Maharishi Ved Vyas Group of Institutions. On the inaugural day of the fair, a large number of local youth visited the fair for career counselling in diverse fields.
Addressing the gathering of local youth after inaugurating the fair, Vibodh called upon them to make the best use of such educational fairs and accordingly give proper direction to their lives. He appreciated the efforts of the organisers of the fair and said that such literary activities must become an integral part and parcel of every youth as these have the potential to transform the lives of our younger generation.
While elaborating on the Government schemes like Skill India, Startup India, Mudra and Udaan, Vibodh said that these schemes have created tremendous opportunities for our youth. In order to ensure that such activities must get the desired results, Vibodh exhorted the youth to work hard and never fall a prey to the nefarious designs of the enemy.
At the fair admission counselor, Anshul Mahajan gave details about various opportunities for the youth of Pir Panjal.
Latter addressing the media persons on the arrest of two militants from Shopian at Thanamandi, Vibodh said that while on one hand Government is trying its level best to create an atmosphere of peace and growth for our youth, such cases always hamper this process. He asked the youth to learn from such cases, as the path of violence will always lead the youth towards destruction. He appreciated the police specially all those who were involved in the arrest of these militants. He said that swift action and smart operation by police personnel speaks about the high professionalism within J&K police.
