Vibodh presents 3 years report card as MLC

RAJOURI, Apr 4: Adv. Vibodh Gupta, Member Legislative Council, today put forth his report card of first three years as MLC and said that opening of a Passport Sewa Kendra, three vital bridges of Rajouri town are result of his dedicated approach towards people of Rajouri and Poonch.
Addressing media persons, in Press Club Rajouri  along with senior BJP leaders including BB Vaid, Atam Gupta, Ranjeet Tara ,Vibodh Gupta said that during his first three years, he tried his level best to solve public issues with face-lifting of town which was one of his main priorities.
“ Provision of all Urban Utilities in Rajouri town and decongestion and face lifting of town are among my top priorities and it’s fortunate that present DDC Rajouri is playing a vital role in turning this dream into reality “ Vibodh said
He also mentioned about two major water supply scheme projects of Rajouri town and said that after his regular followup, process for start of one of the project is in its final stage and next project has also been approved after recent CMs Public Outreach Programme in Rajouri.
He also said that all the untouched areas of Rajouri and Poonch have been covered by him and people from all walks of life are helping him to overcome developmental crisis in the far flung areas which remained ignored in tenure of previous State governments.
“ I am regularly following up the matter regarding implementation of order under which Thanamandi, Kandi and Teryath hospitals have been given CHC status but the same order has not been implemented yet “ MLC further said.
Replying to a question about developmental steps under City Re-development Plan in old town and removal of construction of shop parts from drains, MLC said that series of meetings between local traders and district administration have been held and he will support the decision which both administration and traders will finalise.
