JAMMU, May 4: Shri Kailakh Jyotish Avim Vedic Sansthan Trust here today organized a drive of feeding grain and water to birds by placing bowls of water for them.
On this occasion J&K BJP General Secretary and former MLC, Vibodh Gupta was the chief guest.
Speaking on the occasion Gupta said feeding grain and water to birds during summers is a big initiative taken by the Trust led by Mahant Rohit Shastri.
Mahant Rohit Shastri said birds make our environment beautiful and to feed birds we should place bowls on balconies or at roof top with water for the birds to drink.
“Together we must do such things to benefit the birds as these small acts mark our humanity,” Shastri maintained.
Rohit Vishist and Krishna Gupta were also present on the occasion.
